Motion VOIP adds Kerauno to its Partner portfolio
Motion VOIP is happy to announce our partnership with Kerauno to provide powerfully intuitive solutions and deeper engagements for advancing communications.
When we found out about Kerauno, I had my usual thought, “we don’t need another Voice Over IP provider, and how do you even say that.” With over fifty VOIP providers already in our Partner Portfolio, we see a lot of the same features and services repackaged and rebranded to give each company a little different selling point. I have sat through hundreds of presentations, webinars and conference calls talking about various services and providers claiming to have something new. We already have a beautiful set of core telecom providers that can reliably provide SIP Trunks, Hosted Voice, Cloud-based PBX to fit many different phone system needs. Motion VOIP offers services to many small to medium-size businesses, including hotels, organizations, software firms, insurance agents, car dealerships, real estate professionals, so we have found which providers match up well with the unique needs of each client.
First off, let’s take care of the name situation. Its pronounced ker-ah-no and its etymology is from the Ancient Greek, meaning thunderbolt, thunder, lightning.
Now for what impressed me enough to add them to our portfolio, which is the simplicity of their control panel, but how it still handled complex IVR situation. The simplicity combined with their Launch text engagement platform was something I had never seen before in a VOIP provider offers.
They have three key components to their solution, which are:
Unified Communications (known as cloud-hosted voice PBX or UCaaS as its also called)
Intelligent Workflow or as I like to call it an easy to use web-based control panel that does complex setups without you having to be a programmer
Text Engagement through their Launch platform
Their Launch Text Engagement platform does both SMS, and MMS messaging and is used by the Indianapolis Colts to keep their fans ”engaged” and no app required. So if it can handle a crowd that big and be that interactive imagine what it could do to help you keep connected with your client.
